
Bilingual Account Executive (Spanish/English)

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bilingual Account Executive (Spanish/English) located in Westlake Village, CA. This role focuses on selling credit card processing and Clover POS solutions to new and existing business clients. The Account Executive will work primarily with inbound leads, conduct product demonstrations in English and Spanish, and guide businesses through selecting the right payment and POS setup for their needs. The position is performance-driven, with clear expectations to consistently close new accounts and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
Engage and convert inbound leads into new merchant accounts with no cold calling required
Conduct product demonstrations in English and Spanish, highlighting the value of Clover POS and payment solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support
Develop a strong understanding of credit card processing and POS systems to confidently present solutions
Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity using CRM tools
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance
Meet or exceed monthly performance goals, including a target of 30+ new account closures
Qualifications
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in credit card processing, POS systems, or related industries
Experience selling Clover POS is a strong plus
Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple prospects and active deals at once
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment
Experience using CRM platforms preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to work on‑site in Westlake Village, CA
Base pay starting from $20.00 per hour + commission + residual
Consistent inbound lead flow provided
On‑site, team‑oriented environment focused on growth and performance
