We are looking for a motivated

Inside Sales Representative

with a passion for technology, gaming, and hardware. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by engaging prospective and existing customers, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth order coordination from quote through delivery. The ideal candidate is competitive, hungry to close deals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They must be comfortable juggling outreach, customer communications, and operational follow-through to make sure every sale is seamless and every customer has a positive experience. This is a full-time salary position. Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Prospect, engage, and follow up with customers to promote and sell computer, gaming, and technology hardware. Manage a high volume of outreach and pipeline follow-ups to meet and exceed sales goals. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery timelines. Coordinate with customers to resolve issues quickly and maintain strong customer relationships. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and gaming hardware trends to better serve customers and identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts. Qualifications

1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships or retail sales in tech/gaming also considered). Strong interest in computers, gaming, and technology hardware. Excellent communication and follow-up skills; persistent and driven to achieve results. Ability to balance sales outreach with order coordination and customer service. Tech-savvy with CRM tools, MS Office/Google Suite, and video conferencing platforms. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
