Role Description This is a hybrid, full-time Real Estate Salesperson position located in Caldwell, NJ, with some opportunities to work from home. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include conducting property market analyses, preparing purchase offers, guiding clients through transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Staying current with market conditions and coordinating with other real estate professionals are also integral parts of this role.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License
Knowledge of real property operations, real estate laws, and market trends
Sales skills and experience in building relationships with potential clients
Strong customer service skills to provide excellent client experiences
Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Familiarity with real estate technology and a willingness to learn new tools
Previous experience or familiarity with the northern New Jersey real estate market is a plus
