Business Development Representative (BDR)
who’s excited to break into sales and build a long-term career. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to
learn sales from the ground up while earning uncapped commission —no closing experience required.

What You’ll Do
Reach out to prospective clients from a provided list to start conversations and build rapport
Ask thoughtful discovery questions to understand each client’s challenges and goals
Clearly communicate how Charles IT operates and what differentiates us from competitors
Position our services as solutions aligned to client needs
Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales team members
Accurately document activity, insights, and client information in HubSpot
Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and outreach strategies
Consistently work toward performance goals and contribute to team success
Requirements
Strong interest in starting or growing a career in sales
Confident communicator who enjoys talking with new people
Familiarity with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems is a plus
Proficiency in English
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-focused team
Enthusiastic and committed to contributing to the growth of the company and its client base
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Organized, consistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A current, valid U.S. driver’s license is required
