Compensation $80,000–$100,000 base (negotiable) + bonus/commission

About The Role This is a hands-on, in-office Business Development role working
directly with the owners
to grow and represent the brand. You’ll be the face of the company in the local market — building relationships, attending events, and driving new business through networking and partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone
industry-specific , polished, and comfortable taking direction while helping shape a growing brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner closely with company owners on growth initiatives
Represent the firm at meetings, networking events, and industry functions
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, community groups, and professional organizations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct market research and track trends
Generate leads and manage follow-up
Support brand presence through events and community engagement
Provide high-level customer service and clear communication internally and externally
What We’re Looking For Industry-specific Experience (required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven experience with lead generation and sales goals
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
Comfortable being client-facing and representing ownership
Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Solid understanding of market research and analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
