An ideal candidate will have prior experience with trade surveillance responsibilities and prior experience at a similarly regulated entity such as a trading firm or broker-dealer. The firm's compliance team is small, so the position will have a generalist scope.
Day to day you will:
Assist with surveillance of firm trading activity.
Advise staff on compliance matters.
Manage regulatory reporting.
Assist with reg exams and compliance trainings.
