Job Summary The Manager of Commercial Analytics is a key contributor to the commercial engine, supporting pricing execution, win/loss analytics, and the development of insights that improve commercial decision‑making. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Analytics, this role provides deep analytical support to evaluate pricing performance, understand drivers of won and lost business, and identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and customer conversion. This position partners closely with Sales, Commercial Strategy, Finance, and Commercialization to deliver high‑quality analysis and drive adoption of insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Analytics:
Conduct analytics to monitor pricing execution, understand performance of past pricing efforts, and identify key opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate price realization, discounting behavior, competitive positioning, and customer elasticity.
Support the refinement of pricing guardrails aligned with customer and category strategies.
Win/Loss Insights:
Build and maintain a framework to evaluate drivers of won and lost deals, leveraging both quantitative data and qualitative feedback.
Develop insights that strengthen commercial execution, improve customer conversion, and support commercial strategy.
Commercial Analytics:
Provide analytical and strategic support on high‑priority commercial projects, including scenario analysis for RFPs and major contract renewals.
Margin Improvement:
Identify opportunities for margin enhancement at the customer and product level, and partner cross‑functionally on corrective actions.
Best Practices : Support the development of standardized approaches such as post‑mortem review templates and contract guardrail frameworks.
Data Storytelling:
Present analysis and recommendations in clear, compelling formats to influence senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
Competitive & Market Insights:
Assist in synthesizing competitive intelligence and market insights to improve understanding of industry dynamics.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
Years of Experience : 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing, revenue management, or a similar function. Strong analytical background with the ability to gather, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources to inform decision‑making. Prior experience supporting commercial or sales teams preferred.
Technical Skills:
Experience with pricing analytics, statistical tools, modeling, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with CRM systems, pricing tools, or syndicated market data is a plus.
Communication/Problem‑Solving:
Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience presenting to senior leadership. Ability to synthesize insights and present recommendations to influence senior audiences.
Teamwork/Organization:
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with strong organizational skills.

The pay range for this full‑time, salaried position is $110,152-$165,228/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
