
PRIDE Health – Business Development Representative
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will use creative prospecting methods to identify and qualify potential new opportunities at healthcare facilities. We want to position ourselves as a strategic partner to clients, and that starts with a pleasant initial experience with our sales team.
The Opportunity
Client prospecting and prospect list management
Maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
Work with marketing to develop campaigns that will drive new leads
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities
Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business
Establish contact with new business opportunities via various means (e.g. phone, email, LinkedIn etc)
Understand our business offerings and work with Senior Director to develop enticing proposals for prospective clients
Coordinate with other key stakeholders (e.g. Marketing) to deliver on above responsibilities
What you bring
Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Healthcare/Pharma or Staffing experience preferred
Proven track record of significant revenue growth
Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
