As a Growth Manager, you`ll be joining a selective team with great educational backgrounds, with a wide variety of career experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, consulting, growth and engineering, in addition to start-up experience.

What You'll Do
Pipeline Generation & Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for Fortune 500 companies. You will get a large set of accounts that are of strategic importance to growth. You will be in charge of the budget and the entire strategy to help our sales team win these logos.
Scalable Infrastructure:
Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns. Ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize impact and performance.
Audience & Data Strategy:
Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Drive alignment on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Insights:
Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
At least 3-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally focusing on specific accounts. Could have experience from investment banking, asset management, strategic consulting, or equivalent, highly preferred
4-year undergraduate degree (Computer Science, Economics or STEM strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams.
Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.
