Founding Demand Generation
Location:
New York, NY – Hybrid
Compensation:
$120K – $150K + Equity
Who We’re Looking For Seeking a founding demand generation marketer to work directly with executive leadership. This role requires strong writing skills, early‑career growth marketing experience, and the ability to independently set up and connect tools to build scalable pipeline programs.
About The Role You’ll design and run multi‑channel programs, test bold ideas, and build the tooling and operating system that scales pipeline generation. This is a hands‑on role with autonomy to experiment, create messaging, and validate new motions across digital and in‑person channels.
Reports to: CEO and COO
Key Responsibilities
Own pipeline goals for demand generation.
Build and enrich account lists (ICP, firmographics, signals) using automation tools.
Launch programs across LinkedIn, email, phone, physical mail, and events.
Create messaging and social content that is creative and customer‑anchored.
Stand up in‑person motions (meetups, dinners, partner events), validate, and scale.
What It’ll Take to Land an Interview Must‑Haves (100% required)
Strong writing ability—able to make complex or “boring” topics engaging.
1–3 years in growth marketing or demand generation at a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company.
Comfort setting up and connecting tools independently (Clay or equivalent, webhooks/automation).
Nice‑to‑Haves (70% required)
Familiarity with tools such as Instantly, HeyReach, Orum/Nooks, Google Analytics.
Builder mindset: scrappy, analytical, able to move from concept to launch quickly.
Curiosity and customer obsession; ability to adapt based on user insights.
Bonus: experience running events, ABM programs, or Meta/LinkedIn ads.
