The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager - Digital Media Buying.
Key Tasks
Lead and manage digital media buying for a large automotive retail group with approximately 60 dealerships across multiple brands and regions
Oversee campaign execution for search, social, programmatic, display, OTT, and video to drive leads, showroom traffic, service appointments, and vehicle sales
Ensure proper budgeting, pacing, and optimization across all rooftop‑level campaigns
Understand OEM co‑op requirements, approvals, and media compliance across multiple manufacturers
Oversee performance of inventory‑driven media strategies (dynamic inventory ads, VIN‑level targeting, retargeting, and feed‑based campaigns)
Serve as the primary liaison between marketing strategy and our buying agency
Develop and maintain standardized processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality across all dealership campaigns
Coach and develop a team of media buyers responsible for in‑platform execution
Evaluate new platforms, technologies, and vendors to improve media effectiveness and support dealership sales goals
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, advertising, or related fields
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, DV360, or major automotive platforms (e.g., Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, DealerOn, Sincro) preferred
5–7+ years of hands‑on experience in digital media buying or performance marketing
2+ years in a leadership or management role
Experience in the automotive retail industry or agency managing tier‑3 automotive accounts is strongly preferred
Experience with multi‑location or franchise‑style operations a plus
