
Growth Marketing Specialist
The Growth Marketing Specialist is a hands‑on execution and optimization role supporting Boardroom’s growth engine. This role partners closely with marketing leadership to analyze performance, execute campaigns, optimize lifecycle marketing, and package insights for leadership and franchise stakeholders. Strategy and architecture are already in place; this role focuses on running the machine well, improving results through testing, and turning data into clear, actionable insights.
Core Responsibilities
Analyze lifecycle flows, campaign performance, and landing page conversion to identify growth opportunities and optimization levers across a multi‑location business.
Pull and interpret raw data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms, translating performance results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Create performance summaries, reports, and presentation materials for leadership, franchise partners, and internal stakeholders.
Build, execute, and optimize email and SMS campaigns, automated workflows, and lifecycle journeys from setup through post‑campaign analysis.
Own campaign execution including QA, launch, testing, and ongoing optimization to improve engagement and conversion over time.
Design and execute A/B tests across messaging, timing, and workflows to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Build, update, and optimize landing pages supporting membership acquisition, promotions, and lead‑generation initiatives.
Monitor and improve lead capture rates and conversion performance across marketing touchpoints.
Support paid media execution by managing platform access in Meta and Google, coordinating landing page alignment, and partnering with agency teams.
Support franchise marketing requests and execute programs across HubSpot, Zenoti, Booker, and Mindbody.
Maintain and update key marketing assets, including membership and promotional pages, to ensure accuracy and consistency across locations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field.
3–6+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM, or digital marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives at once.
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally with internal teams, franchise partners, and agencies.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment.
