Own and evolve paid media strategy across search, social, retargeting, and video with room to test, learn, and push what works Drive organic growth through SEO, CRO, and content performance optimization Build and maintain clear, useful dashboards that tell a story and guide next steps Analyze performance and confidently present insights, recommendations, and priorities to leadership Manage media planning, buying, optimization, and measurement end-to-end Connecting CRM, attribution, and lead lifecycle alignment with sales Collaborate closely with the Social & Video Content Strategist to test creative and scale high-performing video Requirements
5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand marketing Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action Experience across paid, organic, and video channels Comfortable presenting to senior leadership Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving, fully in-office environment
