We’re seeking a
Social-First Strategist & Content Lead
with a strong
corporate or enterprise brand background
who truly lives and breathes social. This role blends strategic content planning, concepting, and light project management, with a clear emphasis on organic social and the opportunity to support paid initiatives.
You’ll guide how social content comes to life at scale, shaping concepts, defining narrative direction, and partnering cross‑functionally to ensure content is executed with clarity, consistency, and brand rigor.
Remote - PST Preferred
What You’ll Do Lead social content planning and concept development within a structured, corporate brand environment Own social content end-to-end—from strategic ideation through execution and final copywriting Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring social aligns with broader brand, communications, and business objectives Provide clear direction and guidance to creative and social teams to ensure consistent, on‑brand execution Stay ahead of platform trends, best practices, and evolving social standards while maintaining brand integrity Support light project management to keep timelines, approvals, and deliverables on track
What We’re Looking For Deep, hands‑on social experience with a strong strategic mindset (non‑beauty/fashion backgrounds preferred)
Proven ability to lead concepting while remaining closely involved in execution
Strong copywriting skills and comfort owning content end-to‑end
Clear communicator who can articulate ideas and guide teams with confidence
Organized, proactive, and highly collaborative
