Woody’s Brands

is more than just a collection of bars — we’re a Texas-born hospitality group delivering unforgettable experiences across a growing portfolio of beloved local hangouts. Our concepts include

Little Woodrow’s, Eddie’s Tavern, Woody’s Bar,

and

Woody’s Hideaway

— each with its own unique vibe, but all united by good times, great drinks, and strong community roots.

We’relooking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Coordinator

to help us keep the good times rolling across all our social channels.

The Gig We aren’t just a bar; we’re an experience. We’re looking for a

Social Media & Content Coordinator

who knows how to capture the energy of a packed Saturday night and turn it into a high-performing social post.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our

Director of Social Media

to take our brand vision and make it a reality. This isn’t just about aesthetics, you’ll be the one planning the content calendars, auditing the data, and ensuring our presence is as fun as our backyard patio.

What You’ll Be Doing

Execute the Vision:

Work closely with the Director of Social Media to plan and execute long-term brand strategies and high-impact campaigns.

The Content Blueprint:

Own the master content calendar. You’ll be responsible for planning and scheduling content across multiple platforms and handles, ensuring we never miss a beat.

Boots on the Ground:

Capture high-energy Reels, TikToks, and "behind-the-scenes" moments during peak hours, special events and game days. You need to be comfortable in a fast-paced nightlife/weekend environment.

Auditing & Reporting:

You love a good spreadsheet. You’ll assist with weekly and monthly audits, tracking what worked, what flopped, and how we can crush our KPIs next month.

Community Hype:

Manage the "vibe" in the comments and DMs. You’ll be the first line of engagement, building relationships with our regulars and fans.

The After-Hours Hustle:

This isn’t a 9-to-5 desk job. The magic happens when the lights go down and the music goes up. You’ll need to be ready to work nights and weekends to capture the live energy, cover our biggest events, and show the world what they're missing in real-time.

The Texas Tour:

We’re bringing the party to the whole state, and you’re coming with us. You’ll need to hit the road to visit all our locations across Texas. Whether you’re in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, you’ll be making sure every spot looks as legendary online as it feels in person.

What You Bring to the Bar

The Experience:

1–2 years of professional experience managing

multiple

social media accounts. You know how to switch brand voices without breaking a sweat. (Agency experience not required but preferred.)

Calendar Mastery:

Proven experience building and managing complex content calendars for multiple brands and locations.

Technical Chops:

Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Instagram Edits and social management tools (like Later).

The Vibe:

You’re high-energy, organized, and okay with working non-traditional hours to capture the best content when the bar is buzzing.

You’re a People Person:

You’re comfortable jumping behind the bar or into a booth to get the "money shot" while making everyone feel like a star.

Promo Power:

Work closely with our brand, digital, and creative teams to promote special events, merch drops, and new promo launches across social channels.

Trend Tracking:

If there’s a new trending audio or a viral challenge, you’re the first to know and the first to adapt it to our brand.

How to Apply Send us your resume and a link to your portfolio or a TikTok/Reel you’re most proud of!
