Who You Are Experience
10+ years of experience in brand strategy, specifically in an in-house environment.
Experience shaping or evolving a brand through launch, scale, or significant change.
Experience working across B2B, B2C, or hybrid environments where brand and revenue are closely connected.
Proven experience partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, sales, and product.
Skills
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to turn insight into clear director and execution.
Experience leading and structuring market, customer, and competitive research.
Ability to translate complex ideas and executive direction into actionable plans.
Strong deck-building and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
