Responsibilities
Define and develop marketing campaign strategies that strengthen the BMO brand, maximize revenue, and optimize customer experience. Lead the development and execution of the BMO West branch growth strategy by identifying market opportunities, shaping go-to-market plans, and managing marketing campaigns that support and drive new customer acquisition. Work collaboratively with business/groups on the strategic development, execution and measurement of traditional and non-traditional customer-focused advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns. Provide information and direction for media and creative development and ensure brand governance standards are always maintained. Oversee the development of advertising, promotional and communications material. Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver business objectives. Ensure consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media and platforms. Work with business partners in the development and management of campaign budgets. Requirements
Typically, between 5 - 8 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study. Extensive experience in project management. Advertising and/or creative agency experience. Experience in, and advanced knowledge of, the financial services industry. Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
