Description Your work will directly support high-visibility publishing initiatives, supporting internal engagement touchpoint leveraging the Audience Management, Client Events platforms, and Phantom (secure video streaming application). This will require a deep understanding and hands‑on application of audience management set‑up and optimization for these critical internal communications. You will be directly responsible for managing content for Retail Engagement, Marketing and Merchandising platforms. You will work with a team of cross‑functional program managers, producers, globalization producers, creatives, product managers and publishers from the production agency. This role demands a proactive, analytical mindset, a passion for optimization, and the ability to translate complex systems into accessible solutions. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to positively and proactively partner with multiple teams with limited direction. You have the organizational skills of a project manager, the pixel‑perfect eyes of a designer, the sky‑high standards of a copy editor, and the ability to converse fluently with technical teams. You understand deadlines, know when to operate independently, and when to seek help from team members or managers to make the work happen. You are able to foresee potential roadblocks and conflicting priorities and mitigate them while keeping calm under pressure. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and self‑starter, a fast learner, and is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with quick turnarounds.
