SUMMARY The Marketing Product Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining product data across various systems and platforms. This role ensures that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to support business operations and decision-making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain marketing product data, including categorization, specifications, and descriptions.

Data Entry: Accurately enter product data into databases, master data management systems (MDM), and other relevant platforms.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information.

Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, merchants, marketing teams, and other departments to gather and verify product data.

Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on product data status, discrepancies, and updates.

System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and improvement of data management systems and processes.

Support: Provide support for product data-related inquiries and issues from internal teams and external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP, MDM systems).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in data coordination, data management, or a related role.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts and reports.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or concerns from employees or stakeholders.

Ability to effectively communicate and present information to management and auditors.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to apply mathematical operations.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

Must be detail-oriented and exceptional in organizational techniques.

Must be self-motivated, with the ability to set and achieve goals, and set priorities of multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Must be able to coordinate the activities of other employees.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make sound business process decisions.

Ability to interpret an wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Familiarity with MDMs (such as EnterWorks), product information management (PIM) systems, and FileMaker Pro is a plus.
