Insight Global is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Communications Coordinator to help us ensure our communications strategy drives our strategic business objectives and reinforces our culture and Shared Values. You will be responsible for supporting and implementing effective communications strategies and campaigns across various channels. You will also work closely with our stakeholders to ensure consistent and clear messaging that aligns with our strategic priorities and brand.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and distribute content for various channels;

Work with leaders and stakeholders to gather relevant information and capture stories;

Work with other members of the Communications Team to build out and execute comms campaigns and strategies;

Maintain content on myIG, including files, links, videos, articles, resources and data;

Coordinate the team’s content and initiatives calendar;

Maintain and schedule content for external channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Podbean, and more;

Contribute creatively to ongoing communications needs, including basic graphics, social media trends, myIG’s poll/culture center and more;

Track analytics (engagement, impressions, open rate, clicks, etc.) and solicit regular feedback from audiences to determine success of campaigns and overall communication strategies;

Monitor and respond to concerning comments, messages, mentions and elevate appropriately if needed;

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the field of communications and content creation.

Qualifications

Adeptness at building relationships and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy;

Positive attitude and willingness to learn, particularly with communications platforms and creative suites;

Ability to manage a heavy workload and competing priorities;

Demonstrated organizational skills;

Ability to pivot and adapt when as need;

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field;

Must be local to Atlanta or willing to relocate;

Experience with Workshop, Canva, AirTable, Hubspot, or similar platforms is a plus.
