
Eleven Eleven is a fast-growing women’s apparel and lifestyle brand based in Nashville, Tennessee. We’re looking for an in-person, experienced Marketing Manager with hands-on operating experience who has managed meaningful spend, built and executed campaigns end-to-end.
About the Role: You will own the execution and performance of all our performance and brand marketing campaigns across paid media and campaign launches. You’ll work closely with our social and content teams to translate creative into high-performing assets, manage a six-figure monthly budget, and be directly responsible for the results of those campaigns.
This is not an entry level position. Must be based in Nashville, TN or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
Own the brand voice and brand messaging across all channels ensuring it shows up consistently across campaigns, launches, the website, email, social, PR, in-person moments, and community touch points.
Make sure every digital and in person interaction feels intentional, connected, and clearly part of the same brand story.
Use performance data, cohort insights, and testing to guide decisions, improve the full customer journey (from first click to checkout), and influence product, merchandising, and promo direction.
Own and manage a six figure per month marketing budget across various paid channels
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ad campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns
Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns
Execute and optimize SMS campaigns
Partner with the Content Manager to define and request creative needed for campaigns
Manage campaign calendars, launches, and post-launch analysis
Track performance, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel efficiency
Make budget allocation decisions based on performance
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and revenue targets
