About Icon Global Media Icon Global Media (IGM) is a premium digital media and brand partner built for world-class talent, teams, and brands.

We operate at the intersection of culture, sport, and storytelling - delivering full-scale brand management, marketing strategy, social media operations, and high-end production across digital, social, and commercial work.

Our mission is simple: build iconic brands for the digital era.

We work with elite clients including top athletes, global brands, and sports franchises, and we hold ourselves to an exceptionally high creative and execution standard.

The Role The Social Media Content Designer is the primary designer supporting IGM’s Sports Franchise Model, responsible for creating high-volume, premium social media graphics for clients ranging from professional athletes to sports teams across multiple leagues.

You should be able to build a cohesive, season-long visual identity while also executing daily graphics that keep our client’s social presence consistent and current.

You will be responsible for creating systems and templates, as well as day-to-day and real-time graphics (such as game-day posts, lineups and starters, score and recap graphics, player spotlights and stat features, schedule and standings posts, announcements and roster updates, promotional and sponsor assets, and platform packaging including story templates and highlight covers). You’ll play a direct role in how our client’s show up on social media and play a key role in positioning IGM as an industry leader in sports graphics and social media management.
