What You'll Do

Lead and oversee advertising sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities.

Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform sales planning, forecasting, and decision‑making processes.

Guide and mentor team members in sales qualification, negotiation, and proposal development to enhance performance.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate advertising solutions and optimize product assortment for customer needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting ethical sales practices and operational excellence.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing innovative sales approaches.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 2 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area.

4 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or related area.

Sales Supervisory experience.
