We’re a plastic surgery practice seeking a strategic, hands‑on Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to grow our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter/X. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment and knows how to turn real patient experiences into engaging content.
You’ll lead content strategy, creation, and community engagement by highlighting everything from surgical procedures and keloid removal to aesthetic treatments. This highly collaborative role blends planning, filming, editing, posting, and analytics to bring our brand to life online.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and publish visually compelling content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter/X
Capture and edit short‑form and long‑form videos (surgical procedures, testimonials, aesthetics, reaction videos)
Take and organize high-quality before & after photos of patients
Write engaging captions, design thumbnails, and optimize content per platform
Maintain a detailed content calendar and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite
Monitor and engage with community through comments, DMs, story interactions, along with in person interactions with patients
Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent, strategic messaging
Analyze content performance and adjust strategy based on data insights
Lead and support influencer partnerships, live events, and trend‑based activations
Align all content with brand voice, goals, and visual identity
Livestream surgeries and produce a recurring sit‑down live show with patient stories and expert Q&As.
What You Bring
2–3 years of experience managing social media and content creation
Strong understanding of how to leverage AI & other modern technology to optimize content
Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills
Proven ability to grow engagement and followers across platforms
Hands‑on graphic design experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and content editing tools like CapCut
Comfort with filming medical procedures and working in clinical settings
A keen eye for aesthetics and detail in photography, video, and design
Knowledge of social metrics and analytics tools
Experience strategizing and producing short and long form content
Excellent time management, organization and multitasking skills, with a self‑starter mindset
