Candidates should possess expertise in SEO, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Google Ads, ad spend optimization, and analytics tools to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable results. Fly Heli Tours is a U.S.-based helicopter tour and charter company that offers scenic aerial experiences and private flights over major cities and destinations, including Chicago, Atlanta, Nashville, St. Louis, Cleveland, and several other locations across the Midwest and Southern U.S. Fly Heli Tours also offers private helicopter charters in the Chicago‑land area to major airports like O'Hare, Gary International, and Chicago Executive Airport. Duties

Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns across digital channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads. Optimize campaigns through performance marketing techniques including A/B testing, retargeting, and budget management. Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform strategic planning. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI. Assist in budgeting for advertising projects and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets while maximizing impact. Collaborating with the Social Media Manager to plan and execute effective advertising campaigns. Assist the marketing team with long-term side projects. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Proven experience in digital ad campaign management with a focus on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat Ads. Strong knowledge of ad spend optimization and maximizing conversions on ad campaigns. Ability to analyze campaign data using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance marketing efforts. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Above and Beyond Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus for creative projects. Passion for aviation or prior experience in a similar business Strong knowledge of social media trends and what makes effective advertising through different marketing channels.
