The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Partner Relationship Manager
to manage and grow our strategic partnerships within our
Fintech
segment. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, ensuring partner satisfaction, and strengthening our ecosystem of fintech relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, working closely to develop joint business strategies, optimize collaboration, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
How you'll contribute: Partnership & Revenue Growth
Own and drive the partner revenue strategy, ensuring measurable growth.
Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing fintech partnerships.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with partners to enhance product adoption and market expansion.
Partner Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary relationship owner for key fintech partners, ensuring their needs are met and business objectives aligned.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships by understanding partner goals, challenges, and market trends.
Act as an internal advocate for partners, ensuring seamless coordination across sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and align on future initiatives.
Strategic Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
Guide partners through the onboarding and enablement process, ensuring a strong foundation for collaboration.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to keep partnerships innovative and future-proof.
Performance & Success Metrics
Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, revenue contributions, and engagement levels.
