
Digital Marketer
METER Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified Digital Marketer candidate to play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that effectively showcase the organization's innovative products and services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring valuable leads and customers.
This role works from our Pullman, WA office.
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer. Offers will be made based on experience, skills level, and qualifications. The pay range for Digital Marketer I is $26.04 - $33.52 per hour. The pay range for Digital Marketer II is $30.14 - $42.84 per hour.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, encompassing SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
Create and oversee Google Ads marketing campaigns, collaborating with the graphics team to craft compelling display ads.
Establish and strengthen our online presence, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
Optimize campaign spend and performance based on actionable insights.
Identify critical conversion points, address drop‑off points, and optimize user funnels.
Generate innovative growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including SEO specialists, creatives, content creators, and web developers, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Drive online sales growth and enhance customer engagement through various marketing strategies.
Provide thought leadership and perspective to encourage the adoption of effective marketing practices.
