Graphic Designer
Position Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, internal teams, and product teams to deliver high-quality visual assets that support our brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials, including promotional banners, digital ads, print collateral, presentations, event graphics, and social media content.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
Provide creative and production support for major company events, including STX (Supplier Training Expo) and Fantastic Voyage (Cruise).
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all channels.
Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work independently or as part of a team.
Experience in the automotive or aftermarket industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Motion graphics and video editing experience.
Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
Photography and photo editing skills.
