We’re hiring an experienced, business development–focused recruiter to drive growth across the Texas data & analytics market. This is a remote role, but we are specifically looking for someone
based in Texas
who can meet clients face-to-face and deepen relationships locally.
This is not a cold start.
We already have established clients across Texas and a strong U.S. brand presence. You’ll step into a market with existing relationships, marketing support, and infrastructure behind you.

Heavy focus on
business development and client growth
Supported by a dedicated team of experienced sourcers
Backed by an established U.S. and global delivery function
Autonomy to build and scale your own region
To give you a sense of the potential, we have someone operating in a similar structure aligned to our Phoenix office who billed
$900k+ last year . The blueprint works.
Texas remains one of the strongest growth markets in data, analytics and AI hiring, and we’re looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful with the backing of a global specialist firm.
You’ll likely be:
An experienced agency recruiter with a strong BD track record
Motivated by ownership and revenue growth
Confident building C‑suite and hiring manager relationships
Interested in long‑term market building rather than short‑term wins
