Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll lead the visual vision for pitches, programs, activations, and multi‑channel campaigns. You’ll translate big ideas into beautifully executed work and guide other creatives toward excellence.
This role is for an artist, a strategist, and a collaborator in equal measure.

What you’ll be doing: Lead Creative Thinking
Ideate, direct, and develop best‑in‑class solutions with independence and confidence
Translate briefs into conceptual platforms that elevate brands and drive growth
Champion creative excellence — raising standards and inspiring others
Craft Impactful Visual Communication
Create high‑fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life with clarity and imagination
Shape visual identities, brand worlds, and multi‑channel design systems
Build storytelling decks and videos that make clients feel the work
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with Strategy, Marketing, BD, Product & Account teams to shape strong, insight‑driven solutions
Contribute to ideation sessions with ideas, references, cultural trends, and creative sparks
Engage with project stakeholders to deeply understand requirements and refine output
Own Your Craft & Workflow
Manage multiple projects with clarity on timelines and priorities
Ensure work is delivered with quality, intention, and attention to detail
Work with internal teams and external vendors to produce multi‑channel assets
Who we're looking for:
Creative & Technical Mastery
A standout portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and brand craftsmanship
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong working knowledge of After Effects & Premiere
Deep understanding of typography, composition, and visual identity systems
Fluency in Figma, UX principles, and digital/interactive design
A strong grasp of brand strategy, consumer behaviour, and creative trends
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Amazing to Have)
Illustration or motion design
Experience in gamification or game‑inspired design
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging creative technologies
Knowledge of CX, customer journeys, and shopper behaviour
