Station Manager/
Director of Sales
to lead its Milwaukee CW and MyNetwork television properties. This role is designed for a proven sales-driven leader who thrives on developing elite talent, accelerating revenue growth, and building high-performing operational teams.
This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate is visible, engaged, and relentlessly focused on expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, and building a scalable, future-ready sales organization.
Position Overview The Station Manager/DOS will have full responsibility for the financial performance, sales strategy, operational oversight, and personnel leadership of Rincon’s Milwaukee CW and MyNetwork stations, including oversight of a critical Master Control Hub.
This executive will drive revenue across linear, digital, OTT, and emerging platforms while cultivating a performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all revenue strategy across linear, digital, OTT, and non-traditional platforms
Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization
Drive new business development and major account growth
Establish clear pipelines, targets, and accountability
Operations & Financial Management
Own station P&L and budget performance
Manage physical, technical, and Master Control operations
Ensure FCC compliance and risk management
Maintain cost discipline and operational efficiency
Leadership & Talent Development
Recruit, develop, and retain top sales and management talent
Set performance standards and culture of accountability
Lead and align department heads around growth goals
Market & Client Leadership
Represent the stations in the Milwaukee business community
Build long‑term advertiser and agency relationships
Strengthen station brand and market presence
Core Qualifications
5+ years senior leadership in broadcast/digital media
Proven record of revenue growth
Strong TV & digital sales background
Experience managing budgets and teams
Advanced digital & emerging tech knowledge
Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
