What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Assist customers with purchases and offer post-order support
Engage in conversations to identify customer needs and upsell products/services
Maintain knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
Track and document customer interactions in databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience, such as upselling or telemarketing
Strong focus on building customer relationships and effective communication skills
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home
Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment
