We’re looking for a dynamic, trend-obsessed Social Media Manager to own and elevate Baltic Born’s presence across every social platform. This role is the heartbeat of our brand’s digital voice, responsible for strategy, content creation, community engagement, and driving revenue through our social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop. You’ll work cross-functionally with our merchandising and marketing team to turn scroll-stopping content into measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Content Planning

Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube (including Shorts), and emerging platforms, aligned with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and revenue targets.

Build and maintain a detailed content calendar across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative while tailoring content to each platform’s audience, algorithm, and best practices.

Work with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, collection drops, and promotional events.

Stay ahead of platform updates, trending audio, cultural moments, and competitor activity to keep Baltic Born at the forefront of the social conversation.

Content Creation

Concept, create, and produce high-quality content daily, including Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories, static posts, and videos that reflect Baltic Born’s elevated yet approachable brand aesthetic.

Participate in photo shoots to capture behind-the-scenes and other product and style content as needed, and edit content in-house as needed (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).

Write compelling, on-brand captions and copy for all social platforms that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.

Develop platform-specific creative (e.g., Pinterest pins optimized for search, YouTube thumbnails, IG Story stickers/polls) to maximize organic reach and engagement.

Curate user-generated content (UGC) and influencer assets for repurposing across owned channels.

TikTok Live & TikTok Shop

Plan, host, and/or coordinate TikTok Live sessions multiple times per month to showcase new arrivals, bestsellers, styling tips, and limited-time promotions, driving real-time engagement and revenue.

Manage the end-to-end TikTok Shop strategy, including coordinating with merchandise for product listings and promotional campaigns within the TikTok ecosystem. the merchandise team on

Analyze TikTok Shop performance (GMV, conversion rate, average order value) and optimize the live-selling approach to meet monthly revenue goals.

Work with the Influencer and Affiliate team inregards to TikTok Shop affiliates and creators to amplify product reach and drive sales through the platform.

Stay current on TikTok Shop features, policies, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Community Management & Engagement

Serve as the voice of Baltic Born on social responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, authentic, and on‑brand manner.

Foster a vibrant, loyal community by proactively engaging with followers, brand fans, and creators; amplify customer stories and testimonials.

Monitor brand sentiment across platforms and elevate customer service issues or PR risks to the appropriate teams.

Develop and manage community‑building initiatives, including challenges, giveaways, and interactive content.

Posting, Scheduling & Publishing

Manage day‑to‑day publishing across all platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Dash Hudson or similar) to ensure timely, consistent posting.

Optimize post timing, frequency, and formats based on analytics and platform best practices.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all assets are delivered, reviewed, and approved on schedule.

Maintain an organized asset library and content archive for easy retrieval and repurposing.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, link clicks, social‑attributed revenue, TikTok Shop GMV) on a weekly and monthly basis.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the SVP, translating data into strategy refinements.

Conduct A/B testing on content formats, posting times, captions, and CTAs to continuously improve performance.

Benchmark against competitors and industry standards to identify growth opportunities.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with the influencer and affiliate team to ensure social content, ads and creator partnerships are aligned and amplified.

Work closely with the e‑commerce and email teams to support product launches, site promotions, and retention campaigns through social channels.

Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Support paid social efforts by identifying top‑performing organic content for amplification.

Coordinate with founders to amplify their personal brands and style across platforms.

Qualifications Required

3–5 years of hands‑on social media management experience for a consumer brand, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC e-commerce.

Proven track record of growing social audiences and driving measurable engagement and revenue results.

Deep expertise across Instagram, TikTok (including TikTok Live and TikTok Shop), Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Strong content creation skills, comfortable in front of and behind the camera; proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Rush, Canva).

Experience hosting or coordinating live‑selling or live‑streaming sessions.

Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to adapt voice and tone across platforms.

Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in social analytics tools and platform‑native insights.

Experience with social media scheduling and management platforms like Dash Hudson.

Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Passion for fashion, women’s empowerment, and community building.

This role is in the HQ office to have access to products to create content, lives, etc.
