️ About the Role We’re looking for a Inside Sales Representative to join our skilled and dedicated team. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew that values craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do As a Inside Sales Representative at FGS, you’ll be responsible for:

Conduct high‑volume

outbound cold calls

to MSHA‑regulated facilities, mining operations, heavy‑equipment companies, and commercial fleets.

Generate qualified leads

and schedule on‑site assessments for the outside sales team.

Build and manage a growing sales pipeline within

Salesforce CRM

(or other CRM tools).

Research and identify new prospects through online resources, industry lists, and territory data.

Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions, follow‑ups, and lead status.

Support territory development by coordinating with the outside sales and service teams.

Follow up with warm leads, dormant accounts, and inbound inquiries to convert opportunities.

Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outbound activity, lead conversion, and revenue contribution.

✅ Qualifications We’re looking for someone who brings:

Experience in

inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development

preferred.

Salesforce CRM or other CRM system experience strongly preferred.

Comfortable cold calling industrial, fleet, or mining‑related companies.

Strong communication skills—professional, confident, and persistent.

Highly organized with the ability to track multiple accounts and follow‑up cycles.

Ability to learn technical aspects of glass services for heavy equipment and fleets.

Self‑motivated, competitive, and able to work independently within a structured environment.

Bonus if you have:

Familiarity with

MSHA environments , heavy equipment, or industrial service offerings.

Experience selling into construction, mining, commercial trucking, or similar sectors.

Background in B2B industrial services, parts, maintenance, or equipment sales.
