Job Description We are seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven
Channel Sales Manager
who will drive US channel growth by targeting, onboarding, and enabling partners throughout the country. You’ll own the partner pipeline, develop programs for mutual success, and be accountable for quota attainment.
NOTE:
This is a remote role where the candidate MUST RESIDE in the State of Arizona and be able to visit partners and customers in the field. Applicants not residing in Arizona will not be accepted.

Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new US channel partners
Train and enable partners for self‑sufficiency in selling/supporting SysAid
Jointly plan and forecast with partner sales teams
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute go‑to‑market programs and ensure alignment
Conduct regular performance reviews and refine strategies for growth
Requirements
3–5+ years of SaaS channel, alliances, or sales experience (ITSM background preferred)
Track record of managing a channel pipeline and meeting/exceeding revenue targets
Deep knowledge of the US tech channel ecosystem
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
