This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY, for a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the commercial real estate market, building and maintaining client relationships, providing property owners with leasing and sales solutions, and advising clients on market trends. This role also involves networking, negotiating transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. Qualifications

Strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate and broader Real Estate market knowledge Understanding of Finance and the ability to analyze financial data to support transactions Excellent Communication skills for effective client engagement and relationship building Proven Customer Service capabilities to address client needs and exceed expectations Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently Prior experience in commercial real estate or sales is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable
