Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Everett, WA, requires occasional on-site work paired with the flexibility to work from home. As a Field Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to assess their signage requirements, manage the design-to-installation process, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting site evaluations, providing signage recommendations, overseeing production, coordinating installation, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong skills in project management, ability to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion
Sales and customer relationship management experience to build and maintain client trust
Knowledge of signage design processes and familiarity with installation procedures
Proficient in effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with tools such as design software or CRM platforms is a plus
Prior experience in signage, design, or related fields is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant training are a bonus
