What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish clinical understanding, access, and sales demand within the long-term care sector for target accounts
Conduct daily calls on LTC facilities and affiliated business entities to educate stakeholders on product utilization
Execute and track a high level of call and field productivity, meeting expectations for account and customer interactions
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand access within the LTC market
Maintain comprehensive documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in Veeva CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically in long-term care, or three (3) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry in an LTC Account Management role
Experience calling on skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and calendar-based call planning tools
Documented record of demand generation and performance in Long Term Care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Successful long-term care launch experience
Strong clinical acumen with the ability to communicate clinical data effectively
Experience in building rapport within the long-term care setting to enhance product awareness
Business-to-business experience and demonstrated strong influencing skills
Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment
