What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish clinical understanding and generate sales demand within the long‑term care sector for targeted accounts
Engage daily with LTC facilities and affiliated business entities to educate on product utilization and access processes
Analyze territory insights to develop effective target mapping and account plans
Maintain professional relationships and communication networks with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers
Collaborate with internal teams to address patient access issues and implement sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with experience in long‑term care
Experience calling on Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, or LTC pharmacies
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools
Documented record of demand generation and performance in long‑term care sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in building rapport within long‑term care settings to enhance product awareness
Successful long‑term care launch experience
Strong clinical acumen with the ability to communicate clinical data effectively
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Digital competence in delivering presentations using technology
