Role Description This is a full-time role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate, located in Grand Blanc, Michigan. The role involves assisting clients with buying and selling properties. Responsibilities also include negotiating contracts, conducting real estate market analyses, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the journey of property transactions.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License.
Proficiency in Real Property and Real Estate practices, including market analysis and transaction management.
Strong Sales and Customer Service skills with a professional attitude and client-focused approach.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the local real estate market in the mid-Michigan area is an advantage.
Pay is 100% commission-based
