Responsibilities

Client Service:

Build and sustain lasting relationships, guiding clients through the home buying or selling process with a high standard of care.

Marketing & Sales:

Utilize provided tools (Canva, social media, custom websites) to market properties, hold open houses, and generate leads.

Negotiation & Contracts:

Represent client interests in negotiations, advise on market value, and manage contract transactions.

Technology Utilization:

Leverage two powerful CRMs (kvCORE & Sage) and other in‑house custom CRM and digital tools to manage client databases efficiently.

Market Expertise:

Maintain in‑depth knowledge of local market trends, property values, and community insights.
