Key Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to evaluate plumbing needs and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
Present multiple pricing options using Straight‑Forward / Flat‑Rate Pricing.
Close sales while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities.
Perform visual inspections and basic diagnostics (training provided if needed).
Accurately prepare estimates for: Water heaters (tank & tankless), Repipes, Sewer and drain repairs, Fixture replacements, Leak repairs, and system upgrades.
Work closely with service technicians and the operations team to ensure job readiness.
Enter estimates, notes, and photos into ServiceTitan.
Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the brand positively.
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of plumbing sales experience required.
Strong communication and closing skills.
Customer‑first mindset with high integrity.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Plumbing industry experience (service, estimating, or sales).
Compensation $150,000 – $225,000 per year
