As
(Senior) Manager in Transaction Services / FDD , you take on project leadership for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. You are responsible for managing and executing financial due diligence projects, analyzing a company’s financial performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and deriving robust, actionable recommendations. Your goal: to create transparency and thereby establish a solid foundation for well-informed decisions and successful transactions.
Your Profile
A degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, complemented by successfully passing the tax advisor exam Several years of experience in Tax Due Diligence / M&A Tax Experience in project management and client relationship management Very good MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken Willingness and talent for entrepreneurial thinking, unconventional approaches, and strong execution skills Why Radial Is Special
