
Inside Sales Representative – Kulzer North America (South Bend, IN)

Kulzer, a trusted dental innovator for more than 90 years, is expanding our North American Sales/Customer Service team. We’re looking for an energetic, relationship‑driven Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about helping customers and motivated to grow revenue in a fast‑paced environment.
This position will be located in our South Bend, IN headquarters.
In this role, you'll support dental professionals, labs, and clinicians by promoting our industry‑leading portfolio—including restorative materials, prosthetics, and digital workflow solutions. If you love consultative selling, building strong customer relationships, and being part of a collaborative team, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do
Drive revenue through inbound/outbound outreach to dental practices, labs, clinicians, and technicians
Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and reactivate dormant customers
Deliver virtual product demos and tailored recommendations
Manage customer interactions and reporting using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
Partner with Territory Managers, Customer Service, and Marketing on strategies and customer experience
Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales success, ideally in healthcare or dental
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and consultative selling skills
A coachable, proactive, goal‑oriented mindset
Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and industry software (e.g., SAP, CRM, dental practice management systems)
Skill in data analysis for identifying sales trends and opportunities
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sciences, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience considered
