What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations of a high‑volume HVAC service department including technicians and support staff

Develop KPIs, communicate expectations, and track team and individual performance

Recruit, onboard, lead, and coach HVAC technicians in both technical and sales skills

Train and implement effective sales strategies and techniques

Deliver outstanding customer service; communicate clearly with customers, office staff, sales teams, and field personnel

Report regularly on team performance and departmental metrics

Accurately document all calls/jobs in accordance with company standards

Stay knowledgeable on the latest HVAC technologies, equipment, and industry trends

Build efficient, scalable operational processes that drive consistent results

Maintain CRM data to company standards and ensure accountability

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of sales management experience

Proven leadership skills with the ability to grow, mentor, and inspire a technical team

Solid technical understanding and diagnostic skills (residential & light commercial equipment)

High-energy attitude, strong communication skills, and a performance‑driven mindset

Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet applicable background/drug requirements

Ability to work outdoors and safely handle equipment as needed
