Rolling Out is a 25-year multimedia culture company connecting brands to Black culture across digital, social, video, events, and experiential platforms.

We are seeking a Media Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and own agency-driven, multiplatform campaigns.

THE ROLE Reports directly to the CEO with collaboration from the CMO. Hands‑on leadership role responsible for revenue targets, team performance, pipeline ownership in Pipedrive, and daily selling of tentpole events and integrated campaigns.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, hire, and develop 5–15 sales professionals across markets

Run daily huddles and weekly pipeline reviews

Own CRM accuracy, forecasting, and pipeline health

Build senior agency relationships (Publicis, WPP, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu)

Lead RFP responses and planning conversations

Sell tentpole events and seasonal specials 90–120 days in advance

Drive integrated sales across digital, social, influencer, video, OTT/CTV, audio, events, and print

TENTPOLE EVENTS & SPECIALS PERFORMANCE METRICS QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years media or ad sales

2+ years sales management

Deep agency buying knowledge

CRM expertise (Pipedrive preferred)
