With quality engineered products, Rotech is looking for Inside Sales that understand the company's vision and commitment to quality and represent, develop and increase sales and distribution within their given areas.
This position is ideal for a technically inclined professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer engagement in the industrial pump sector.
Provide detailed technical support on pump systems, hydraulic performance, and product applications to distributors and end-users.
Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate technical assistance.
Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Create and maintain the Applications Engineering database in coordination with distributors to support sales and product promotion efforts.
Maintain and analyze the quotations database to ensure timely follow-up and identify opportunities for support.
Prepare documentation for custom and non-catalog products and coordinate their production with internal departments.
Execute and support Sales Orders as needed, ensuring accurate technical specifications.
Visit customer sites when required to provide hands-on technical assistance and training.
Provide cross-reference information for obsolete products and recommend suitable alternatives.
Support Regional Sales Managers and distributors through technical presentations, seminars, and meetings.
Attend industry trade shows and events to represent Rotech Pumps and gather market intelligence.
Research and recommend commercially available components to enhance product offerings and system performance.
