ServiceMaster Restoration Services is expanding in the Atlanta market and hiring a driven, field-focused Outside Sales Representative. This is a performance-based role designed for professionals who want their effort and results to directly determine their income.

No restoration experience is required —

we train the industry, you bring the drive.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, asking for business, and turning opportunities into closed jobs. If you produce, you get paid — simple as that.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow a defined sales territory in the Atlanta area

Build relationships with:

Insurance agents (Property & Casualty)

Property managers

Plumbers, HVAC companies, and other trade partners

Commercial property decision-makers

Proactively pursue restoration opportunities (water, fire, storm, and property damage)

Turn referral relationships into consistent monthly revenue

Develop long‑term, repeat referral partnerships

Spend the majority of your time in the field — not behind a desk

Track activity, accounts, and opportunities in the CRM

Represent the ServiceMaster brand with professionalism and urgency

$2,000 monthly draw

based on production, consistency, and territory development.
