. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth across the EMEA region while engaging with mid-market clients and partner networks. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing leads, and developing strategic relationships with partners to expand market presence. This position requires fluency in German and English, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will manage pipeline development, territory planning, and revenue forecasting, while collaborating with marketing and partner teams to execute go-to-market strategies. This is a remote role with a contractor setup until the establishment of a local EMEA office. Accountabilities
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, targeting mid-market companies with 51–1000 employees. Drive new account acquisition, lead management, and deal closure to achieve assigned quota. Recruit, enable, and manage relationships with channel partners, aligning their strengths with target accounts. Collaborate with marketing to execute events, campaigns, and partner-driven demand generation initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates for revenue forecasting. Develop and implement regional go-to-market plans to maximize both short-term and long-term revenue opportunities. Provide strategic guidance to partners to drive measurable business outcomes and channel growth. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 4–8 years of business development or outside sales experience, preferably in IT or technology. Fluency in both German and English is required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a sales or partner-focused role. Experience building and managing partner networks, including VARs and MSPs. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Proficiency with CRM tools, Gsuite, and Microsoft Office. Benefits
