Accountabilities
Own the revenue engine by managing calendars, lead flow, and campaign execution to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
Plan and execute high-ticket webinars, from guest selection to funnel management and post-event reporting.
Optimize sales messaging, sequences, snippets, and CRM workflows to drive conversion and alignment with marketing.
Maintain and enhance HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, actionable reporting, and process consistency.
Track incoming revenue, payment plans, and operational metrics to support strategic decisions.
Lead the adoption of AI tools and tech stack solutions that streamline processes and increase team efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, AEs, marketing, and growth leadership to close operational gaps and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
Proven cross-functional experience across the revenue cycle, from lead generation to closing and retention.
Advanced HubSpot skills with the ability to design and optimize workflows, pipelines, and dashboards.
Strong familiarity with AI tools and practical experience leveraging them to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, adaptable, and experienced in project management, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Digital marketing expertise, including email, copy, and funnel strategy, with measurable results.
